Schools of Discipleship

One of our greatest passions is helping churches build strong discipleship cultures through Schools of Discipleship and Leadership.

Rather than simply hosting conferences, we partner with local churches to establish sustainable discipleship systems that help believers grow spiritually, discover their calling, and become effective leaders within their local church.

We are currently working to establish Schools of Discipleship in churches throughout:

  • Ghana

  • Peru

  • The Philippines

  • The Republic of Georgia

These schools are designed to:

  • Develop mature believers

  • Train future leaders

  • Strengthen local churches

  • Create sustainable discipleship cultures

  • Equip believers for ministry and missions

Our vision is not simply to plant churches, but to plant discipleship movements that multiply for generations.

NewSong Church Ghana

We have secured six acres of property and construction is underway on the first sanctuary for NewSong Church Ghana.

This campus will serve as:

  • A worship center

  • A discipleship training hub

  • A ministry base for regional outreach

  • A gathering place for pastors and leaders throughout West Africa

Kurdish Training Center

Equipping Leaders to Reach the Kurdish World

Royal Dominion Missions helped build a coalition of ministries and missions organizations to establish the Kurdish Training Center — a strategic ministry school focused on preparing believers to carry the Gospel into Kurdish regions throughout the Middle East and Eurasia.

This training center equips young leaders through:

  • Biblical discipleship

  • Ministry training

  • Evangelism preparation

  • Leadership development

  • Cross-cultural missions training

Graduates are being prepared to minister among Kurdish populations living in:

  • Iraq

  • Iran

  • Turkey

  • Russia

  • Georgia

  • Azerbaijan

  • Armenia

Because of the sensitive nature of this ministry, the location of the training center remains undisclosed and was intentionally designed to blend into the surrounding community.

Through this initiative, we are helping raise up indigenous and regional leaders who can carry the Gospel into places that are often difficult to reach through traditional missions efforts.
