Many pastors around the world are bi-vocational, often working full-time jobs while also leading one or even multiple churches. They faithfully pour their energy, time, and personal finances into ministry, frequently serving while exhausted, discouraged, and under tremendous pressure. Healthy pastors produce healthy churches, which is why caring for ministry leaders is so important.
Our ministry hosts senior pastors from across the nation at a retreat center designed for renewal, encouragement, and spiritual refreshing. Every expense is covered, including meals, lodging, and opportunities for rest through recreational activities.
Throughout the retreat, pastors participate in two daily renewal services, times of prayer and ministry, and intentional opportunities to build relationships and network with other church leaders. These gatherings create an environment where pastors can be spiritually refreshed, emotionally strengthened, and reminded that they are not alone in ministry.
For many pastors, these retreats provide something they rarely experience—time to rest, be ministered to, and receive encouragement instead of constantly carrying the weight of ministry for others. By investing in pastors, we strengthen churches, families, and entire communities.
The total cost of hosting a pastors’ retreat is approximately $6,000.
